DILIP SATHEESAN
Dilip is a US Army veteran, global traveler, and multilingual real estate advisor specializing in luxury homes and high-end rentals throughout the greater Washington, DC area. Raised between Southern India and Charlottesville and now based in Old Town Alexandria, he combines an international perspective with disciplined service and sharp local insight. When he’s not negotiating on behalf of clients, you’ll find him sailing on the Potomac, cycling the Mount Vernon Trail, or exploring everything the national capital region has to offer with his wife and daughter.
MAE SATHEESAN
Mae was born and university educated in Bangkok, Thailand, and brings a refined international perspective to every client interaction. With a background in marketing and community outreach for a prominent organization in Washington, DC, she excels at crafting thoughtful communication, managing details, and making clients feel genuinely cared for. Bilingual in Thai and English, Mae is known for her calm, warm presence and creative eye—when she’s not supporting clients, she enjoys painting and riding bikes with her family as they explore the DMV.
