Dilip did a great job selling our home. I was overseas for much of the process, so it was especially helpful that he could take the lead on preparing the property for market and coordinating the work that needed to be done. He has a very good eye for design and recommended a handful of thoughtful, cost-effective updates, including a herringbone marble backsplash, that made a noticeable difference without unnecessary spending. He also came up with the Art House Open concept to market the property in a different way. Everything came together well, and we were under contract after the opening weekend. I appreciated being able to trust him with the details while I was away.

I have known Dilip for many years, both personally and professionally. Having bought and sold 11 properties over the years, I have also worked with a number of real estate agents, and I can confidently say that Dilip's approach was different from what I had experienced before.

Before listing our condo, he spent considerable time helping us determine which improvements were worth making and how best to position the property for market. He then put together a detailed marketing plan that included professional photography and video, brochures, a 3D virtual tour, and social media, all with a great deal of attention to how both our home and the Carlyle Towers community were presented to prospective buyers.

Because we were out of town for much of the process, Dilip also helped coordinate the contractors and work needed to prepare the condo for sale. He kept us informed, obtained our approval when decisions needed to be made, and handled many of the details that would have been difficult for us to manage from a distance. Knowing that someone we trusted was looking after both our home and our interests made the process considerably easier.

Within a few weeks of listing, even in a slower market, we were under contract and scheduled to close. We are very pleased with the outcome and with how smoothly the entire process has been handled.
